- You can make free exchange within 03 days from the date of receipt for products ordered at PASLE.COM.VN . Returned products must be products that are not on the restricted list, have no signs of being used and still have the original stamps, tags, and original packaging (unless the product is defective or damaged. during transport). In addition, to make an exchange, customers must keep the Invoice when purchasing at PASLE.
- The return and exchange process is done when the package is returned to PASLE's warehouse. We will take the next steps to check product quality and conduct exchange/return or refund at your request.

CASES OF EXCHANGED TEA
1. Exchange according to customer needs (return goods because they are not satisfied)
All items purchased from PASLE.COM.VN and not in the restricted list below are returnable within 07 days from the date of receipt. We only accept returns for products that are still in their original conditions, and purchase invoices at PASLE.COM.VN & unused products, including and not limited to:
- Still in original packaging and undamaged.
- Full of parts, details, accessories.
- Warranty stamps, brand stamps, user manual QR code stamps and accompanying gifts (if any) etc... must be complete and intact.
- Not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has a strange smell or shows signs of being washed or used.
Limited list (products do not apply for return):

Note: Returned products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to your order information.
2. Returns are not due to subjective reasons from customers
2.1. Delivered goods are broken, wrong content or missing:
- PASLE.COM.VN encourages customers to check the external condition of the box and product before payment to ensure that the goods are delivered with the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and condition. unaffected external condition (broken/scratched). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately notify customer support so that we can have a timely solution. - In case the customer has paid, received the goods and then discovered that the goods are broken, wrong content or missing, please take a photo of the product and send it to our mailbox for support. the next steps such as exchange / return or send the missing product to you...
- After 48 hours from the date you receive the goods PASLE.COM.VN has the right to refuse to support the complaints according to the above content.
2.2. Goods delivered with technical error
- The product is only considered a technical defect when it is confirmed by the technical center or the product's warranty center.
When you have problems with products ordered at PASLE.COM.VN, please take the following steps:

- Step 2 : You contact the technical / warranty center located in the user manual or the product's warranty stamp. QR code (if any). For some typical product lines.
- Step 3: Within 07 days from the date of receipt of goods, if you are confirmed from the technical center or the product's warranty center that the product has a technical fault, please immediately access the Instruction Manual. return the item to start the return process.
