- You can make free exchange within 03 days from the date of receipt for products ordered at PASLE.COM.VN . Returned products must be products that are not on the restricted list, have no signs of being used and still have the original stamps, tags, and original packaging (unless the product is defective or damaged. during transport). CASES OF EXCHANGED TEA
1. Exchange according to customer needs (return goods because they are not satisfied)
All items purchased from PASLE.COM.VN and not in the restricted list below are returnable within 07 days from the date of receipt. We only accept returns for products that are still in their original conditions, and purchase invoices at PASLE.COM.VN & unused products, including and not limited to:
- Still in original packaging and undamaged.
- Full of parts, details, accessories.
- Warranty stamps, brand stamps, user manual QR code stamps and accompanying gifts (if any) etc... must be complete and intact.
- Not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has a strange smell or shows signs of being washed or used.

2. Returns are not due to subjective reasons from customers
2.1. Delivered goods are broken, wrong content or missing:
