1. Sales Specialist (in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang)

Job description

MTCV:
- Managing and exploiting assigned customer areas on monthly sales targets;
- Develop the network of potential customers according to the assigned market development plan;
- Controlling, monitoring, and taking care of debt sales of the assigned subordinate agent system;
- Working with other departments to ensure professional business implementation.


Mission:
- Successfully completing the sales target assigned by the company;
- Continuously looking for agents and distributors in the assigned area;
- Ensure two-way communication between Agent/NPP and the company.

3. General Accountant

Job description

MTCV:

  • Manage the company's tax system to ensure legitimacy
  • Directly go to support, help solve problems about payment procedures, VAT invoices for business departments
  • Receive vouchers and invoices for tax declaration, be responsible for making tax reports and other jobs related to the tax authorities.
  • Import-export procedures and reporting on actual business results of the company monthly, quarterly and annually according to internal actual revenue and expenditure data
  • Determine the internal revenue and expenditure and arise daily and monthly according to the standards of the tax report in the Tax section and on the internal software system.


* Internal Revenue and Expenditure Accounting

  • Management of internal revenue and expenditure of the Company.
  • Make daily receipts. Check the validity and reasonableness of receipts and payments.
  • Monitor payments with suppliers and advances and excesses of office staff.
  • Check - supervise the payment of salary and per diem for employees.
  • Go to the bank to get a supplementary book to make payment receipts for customers; File company payments.


* Other tasks and reports

  • At the end of the day, compare the cash fund with the cashier and gather documents for tax purposes.
  • Make weekly and monthly Revenue and Expense reports.
  • Store internal accounting documents: receipts and payments, payment vouchers, contracts...

Required Skills and Abilities:
- University graduate majoring in financial accounting or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a company that trades, distributes cosmetics, fashion or consumer goods;
- Having in-depth expertise in financial accounting, deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations;
- Proficient in accounting, able to work independently;
- Experience in preparing tax documents & finalization
- There is a high sense of responsibility;
- Proficient in office computing and specialized accounting software;

4. Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description

  • Administration and operation of the company's website
  • Website optimization, Facebook
  • Analyze and evaluate the market through keywords
  • Build the right way to reach and manage the community on social media channels: Facebook, Twitter,...
  • Create programs to attract members to promote the company's services and products
  • Make a weekly/quarterly/monthly marketing plan
  • Make reports and evaluate the results of the implementation of Online Marketing campaigns
